“Simply perfect!”

The Turist Garden accommodation was absolutely amazing! Highly recommended! The rooms were beautifully decorated and the beds were super comfortable. Everything was very clean. The breakfast was exceptionally good. Where else do you get home-baked sourdough bread served every morning? Baked with the best ingredients. Everything on the breakfast buffet is either homemade or from very good local producers. The dinner was perfect! I ate reindeer for the first time - it was perfect. Also the salad was amazing. Turistgarden serves seasonal food with local products - for me the best what you can get in an accomodation. Better than a five stars hotel... The Nationalpark Fulufjället is only 15 minutes away by car. The nature is amazing and you will find wilderness. Thank you very much for this fantastic experience Mieke, Jacco, Olle, Noah and Linus;-) I will come again - hopefully in September!

“Cosy, 19th century hospitality. Warm end welcome”

My son and I embarked on the TET (Trans Euro Trail, that is an off road motorcyle trail event) braving unfavorable weather conditions. After riding 300 kilometers in downpour, we were soaked, cold, and exhausted. Fortunately, we stumbled upon B&B Turistgarden in Sarnä. They welcomed us with open arms, attending to our every need. Our motorcycles found shelter inside the shed, and a shoe dryer revived our soaked boots. Jacco even called a friend in town to open his shop so we could buy gas for our stove. As the rain continued outside, we sat down to an extraordinary meal: a fantastic reindeer dish paired with a cheese platter, all thoughtfully sourced and complemented by homemade sourdough. Our cozy room, complete with a refreshing shower, was a welcome respite after a chilly day on the bike. The next morning, Jacco & Mieke treated us to a delightful breakfast and packed a delicious lunch for our journey. I wholeheartedly recommend B&B Turistgarden—their warm, family-oriented approach combined with Dutch and Swedish hospitality made our stay truly memorable.

Great location, very comfortable and homely. The couple who own it are really friendly and hospitable. The owner, Jakov, is a chef and all the food, which is excellent, is homemade and locally sourced.

First of all the hosts! And I can’t stress this enough. I must say that we arrived cold and wet and Jacob received us and prepared us this lovely meal. And some homemade sourdough bread. At this point is probably worth mention that he is a chef? Also promptly helped us with some bike mechanical issues. The place is an amazing and renovated building.

The staff were very friendly and there was a lovely family atmosphere. The evening meal was good, using very local ingredients including some from the garden. There was a pleasant sitting area near our room.

Everything - very kind family owns this property. Booked at last minute, greeted excellently at my arrival. Cosy nice rooms with insect nets in window, so you do not need to worry about fresh air or insect bites. Great Wi-Fi, clean shower with all necessary shampoos, even the toothbrush was given upon arrival - for this price I was not expecting any of that. Was travelling from Stockholm to Are with staying in Sarna, Idre, Vemdalen and Are - this was the cheapest but the best place, where to stay.
