“Location amazing, beautiful views. Nice beach.”
The spa staff and experience was amazing with a choice of body scrubs (coffee was my choice) and the Turkish bath massage was the best one I have had, followed by an oil massage that sorted out an issue with my right shoulder. So relaxing. The pandora bar was excellent, atmosphere and interaction of the staff there and the guest was great. Snack bar in the afternoon was great.

“BED BUGS IN THE ROOM”
BED BUGS FOUND!!! We have found bugs in our bed, I have attached a picture of the bug, you are able to identify the hotel by the lamp they have in the background. We did speak to the receptionist and pictures of our hands were taken full of bug bites. This is unacceptable for such high quality hotel. When I reached out to the hotel for an explanation, no one got back to me. This is by far the worst hotel ever! We have paid a lot of more in medical bills after staying at this hotel.

Location is perfect, beautiful scenery near shops and centre. 15 min walk to the beach and the staff at the shops are lovely. Free shampoo always a plus. Good reception team

- Food was alright, delicious. - Location of the property was good for transport to the sea. - Beach was good. - Especially from Panorama Beach bar there was Barış, who were a bartender who helped us to make most of this holiday for us so we want to thank him specially for this.

“Heat wave & panoramic views”
The pool size was fantastic, great food for lunch & dinner. The animator was friendly with everyone & the views from the panorama bar is truly beautiful. The beach was nice that you can reach by the hotel shuttle
