“Lovely well equipped apartment in a quiet beach town”

Very comfortable, clean apartment with a lovely sunny roof terrace with great sea views. Our host Victor was really friendly and helpful, responding quickly to any questions. He even booked us a dinner reservation at the local restaurant. The apartment is very well equipped with everything you could possibly need and little extras were thoughtfully provided like beer, wine, treats. The town is very small and quiet with a small beach and a few places to eat. All in all we enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend the apartment.

I have stayed for 2 weeks with my family and it was one of the best holiday homes I have stayed so far. Very well organised and Victor was a host that cared for his guests. The apartment was very clean and well equipped and the terrace has a great view. It is a 3 min walk to the beach. Nevertheless I recommend renting a car as Sardina is a small village and from 6 pm onwards many things are closed.

Incredible rooftop, very spacy and fully equiped. We had everything that we needed to have a great stay and Sardina is very nice. The arrival procedure was very well explained.

“Spacious and comfortable apartment near the beach, with super huge terrace”

A very spacious and comfortable apartment for a family of 4, with a super huge private terrace with sunbeds and more on the second floor. Plus, the condo's swimming pool came very handy for the kids! We had everything in the apartment we could think of, in the kitchen, living-room and bedrooms. Even beach towels nad some card and board games etc. The bed matrasses were comfortable. There is a small supermarket within a minute walk (closed on Mondays, otherwise handy opening hours). The beach is about a 2 mins walk. Victor was a great host, responded to queries super fast. There is a lot to explore in the area, particularly the west coast of the island.

The penthouse is well located, cosy and fully equipped, host was extremely helpful and flexible. Rooftop is very fancy, nice view. Sardina is a friendly place, good beach, not crowded.

We had a great time staying at this place! In addition to its perfect location and gorgeous roof terrace, the apartment features everything you need and much more. Víctor is a very attentive host who did everything for us to feel like at home. And we absolutely did! He had even bought a high chair, potty, and bathrobe for our little boy before we arrived and when we forgot our son's stuffed bunny there, he sent it halfway across the world. We can only recommend this place :)

“Casa Maresia has it all!”

We had a very comfortable 5 night stay at Casa Maresia, thank you Victor for your thoughtfulness and generosity. Sardina and the Galdar area are well worth visiting for the scenery, history, culture and fabulous Canarian hospitality.

The apartment is great! It's ideally located, just a few meters from the beach. Communication with the host was perfect, and we were even given little welcome gifts. The apartment contains all the facilities you need for a week. The terrace is large and a real plus during our stay. I highly recommend this apartment for a stay in Gran Canaria

“Great location”

Beautiful apartment close to the beach in a quiet area of Gran Canaria. Host was fabulous with his communication and his attention to detail with items left in the apartment for us i.e cleaning equipment, shampoo etc and even beach towels and a couple of arrival gifts 😀 a couple of lovely restaurants by the beach - if you are looking for a party town this isn’t the place - which suited us perfectly!
