“Nice room and pool”

Rooms are very spacious and has a great design There was a rack for wineglasses bit no glassware - that would have been nice Balcony had a great view of the pool Great food at the pool bar, really great staff at breakfast

“Stay away !!!”

Stay away from this place ! First of all, I requested to book and extra night before my stay, after reaching out a few times they never answered me so I had to spend the first night in another location. Second : A staff member walked into my room when I was inside without even knocking on the door and didn’t event apologize when he realized I was inside before leaving. Third : The hotel charged me a 250$ + taxes smoking fee even though I did not smoke in the room and stopped smoking (cigarettes) on the balcony after they told me I was not allowed to. They told me it was a warning and that I would not be charged and I discovered on my final bill that they did charge me !!! The incompetent GM who I talked to about it told me that another guest said I was smoking again (which was not true) so they decided to charge me without even checking !!! I asked him to remove this abusive charge and he declined telling me that I could tell my bank to decline the payment. Wtf? This is incredible, I will file a complaint about this hotel. Fourth : Breakfast was disgusting and very expensive for what it was.

Me and my son stayed here for one night only as we were supposed to book Westin Sarasota but it was fully booked out, so we decided to stay here for one night. It was a very good stay, our double bed room on level 1 over looking the swimming pool. The room was nice and clean, and comfy, so was the bathroom. But overall, it’s pretty standard room and stay. I tried their bar at night, the atmosphere was good, the staff were friendly. I loved travel, and documenting my travels on my Youtube Channel - Alan Law Sydney, you can check out some videos there.

“Gym was good but service was really bad”

Gym was kind of cool. Car valet parking working nicely. Pool was ok. Bigger with warm water and small with cold one.
