This hotel is just wonderful. You can immediately see that it is a family run business and the whole staff is very friendly and attentive. The location is great, right next to the beach and Bistrica river. The hotel is very modern and beautifully equipped and the breakfast was very good!

Our stay was very pleasant experience. The staff were extremly kind and always ready to help. The hotel was new and exceptionally clean, which made everything even more comfortable. Breakfast was also rich and offered great variety . I would definitely recommend it.

It was a wonderful stay at this hotel. The owners are exceptionally hospitable and friendly, always ready to assist and provide helpful recommendations. The location is perfect — close to the sea, the hotel is modern and well-maintained, and the breakfasts are delicious. The rooms are spotless and comfortable, with great attention to detail. You can really feel that the hosts care about every guest. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

We really enjoyed our stay at this family-run hotel! The rooms are super modern and freshly done up — we were actually the very first guests in ours, which was pretty cool. Everything was spotless, and the cleaning every other day was really detailed. The staff were great, especially the owner who was always around and happy to help with anything we needed. Breakfast was tasty, there’s plenty of parking, and the beach is just a short walk away. Perfect spot for a relaxed holiday, would definitely come back! 🌟

I loved the stunning sea view – waking up to that every morning was unforgettable. The location is excellent, close to everything in Sarande (and Ksamil). The hotel is family-owned, and the staff are genuinely kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. Cleanliness is definitely a top priority here – everything was spotless throughout my stay. The rooms are beautifully designed with modern furniture, which made the accommodation feel both stylish and very comfortable. Also parking included.

The hosts were just the nicest people! Location for us was good, as not in the busy centre, and also very near walking distance to the beach. The hotel 'ext door have a bar and a restaurant which is really handy with a beautiful view for an evening drink.

“Book!!! You will not be disappointed”

This was our favourite stay in Albania, the hosts were so kind and extremely helpful. The breakfast was fantastic, so much lovely food!! The room was cleaned well, with clean towels and bedding. We had such a lovely time here and although it is out of town nothing was too far for us, we found everything in walking distance. We rented a moped for 1 day to travel to Ksamil but other than that we were able to explore everywhere by foot. We could not recommend this place enough, the family are amazing, they gave us recommendation for great food! They helped us organise our bus back to Tirana as well as booking our taxi to the bus station !

Lovely family run hotel providing exceptional customer service. Outdoor courtyard area where delicious breakfast was served was like a beautiful secret garden surrounded by lush greens and flowers. Room, bed, and pillow comfortable. Neighborhood quiet. Our room had a sea view (so nice! AND had a screen door to enjoy the sound of waves crashing without bugs!) with balcony, chairs and a table. Onsite parking. Hotel itself is located on the southern end of Sarande about a 10 minute drive without traffic (if there is such a thing), probably closer to 20/30 minutes with traffic. At first I was a little concerned how far the hotel was from the center but after driving into the center the first night I was grateful for its location. Not only is there a lovely beach a 5 minute walk in front of the hotel but you are comfortably away from the chaos of downtown Sarande. Highly recommend and we did stay again on our return trip from Corfu...and would do so again in the future!

The place is in a quiet part of Sarande, which is a blessing really, as the city can get extremely noisy. Plus parking anywhere in the city is a pain. Villa Erdeti is a quite place right next to Mango beach, and is clean and very nice. Breakfast was excellent every day. I would definitely recommend this place if you visit Sarande.

100 % experience, from location, a very nice host, perfect breakfasts to like... everything else. Can recommend and will definitely come again!

Absolutely amazing! The cleanest apartment we have ever been to. Mr. Erdeti was very helpful and recommended some nice beaches. Breakfast was prepared with local ingredients. Very quiet place, away from the bustling city. We can only recommend it!
