“We still highly recommend as the staff were lovely , location was perfect to close to every thing and the view was stunn”
Property was very close to the main port and central location. The view from balcony and hotel restaurant is breathtaking . The family room we booked was enough for family of 4 and cleaned every day. We hardly spent any time in our room but coming back from our adventures d to our room in the evening was exciting . The staff specially the receptionist was very accommodating and hospitable.

Rooftop pool small but great to have, breakfast room was nice and food good and staff were helpful. Rooms basic but clean and sufficient for our needs. Air conditioning was great. Close to beach and most of town.

“Worst hotel”
It was the worst experience ever. The worst hotel I have ever been to in my life. There were so many problems I encountered during my stay in the hotel that I cannot write about them because of their number. However, the pool had unnatural sediments on the floor. A worm was walking on the wall of the room, insects in the bathroom, the air conditioning did not work. There was no refrigerator in the room, and I have pictures of everything. And all of this. None of what happened.

The location is near the center of Sarandë. You can only walk to the beach, and the view was good, in front of the beach.

Some of the staff were very knowledgable and others (perhaps new) were a little vague. We booked a taxi through a staff member to go and see the sunset at the castelle-waited and waited not tuen up- the staff member had said he knew him-it then became too late to go-think more staff training. However, we booked a boat trip through another staff member this was excellent -exceeded expectations -the staff member even took us to book direct in his own time- that is the differnce! Overall- great trip- location and facilities
