“Everything was perfect except the "sea view" room had no sea view”

Good value and right by the beach, free parking, clean and comfortable, we came late and they waited for us.

“Great stay”

Absolutely Amazing stay, beautiful Suite, not just a room, but a full on suite. Bathroom, Living Room and bedroom, with a kitchenette. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud. 10m away from the beach, the location is amazing.

The stay was overall good. The rooms were a decent size, very clean, and well maintained. The hosts were kind, welcoming, and very cooperative, which made the experience more comfortable. However, there were a couple of points that did not match my expectations. The property does not have a private beach as it may appear from the photos on Booking, which was a bit disappointing. Additionally, there is no dedicated parking available for guests. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, but I would recommend clearer information in the listing to better set expectations.

The hotel is located outside the bustle of Saranda, in a quiet and pleasant area, just a one-minute walk from one of the most beautiful beaches in the area – a stunning turquoise beach with great restaurants nearby. The room was a wonderful surprise – we received a spacious apartment with a living room and a fully equipped kitchen, and everything was exceptionally clean and well maintained. There was also convenient parking in a nearby lot. Overall, the experience was far beyond our expectations!

We were a family of 2 adults and 2 children and had a wonderful stay. The host was very kind and helpful, offering great suggestions for places to visit and eat. The cleanliness was outstanding – everything was spotless and cleaned daily. The location is close to beaches and restaurants, in a quiet and relaxing area. We really enjoyed our time here and would gladly return. Thank you!

Extremely clean rooms and the owner was very polite and helpful.

They had listed all facilities like kitchen, washing etc but we dint find any. Apart from the 2 glasses and a kettle in the room there wasn’t anything. The apartment is small, we were 4 people and it was very Conjusted space.
