This apartment was really a perfect choice for me. The host was flexible, responsive and helped me when I arrived for the laggage. I really appreciated that I had the choice to check the 2 apartments and pick the one that is more convinient for me. Parking was easy to find for me. The apartment itself was beautiful, well equipped, very clean and most important very calm. Everything you need you will find close to the appartment. The bedroom window has blinds so it helps to sleep good if you are sensitive to the light in the morning. The host offered a good list for visiting and eating. Trust this list. “Hidden gem of Saranda in the perfect location!”

We liked everything and Malvina was very helpful and considerate towards us during our stay. She was always quick to respond to any requests. The apartment was perfect with lots of nice touches including providing beach towels, coffee making facilities..we even got a little gift on checkout! Will definitely be booking again.

“Superb from start to end”

It's hard to know where to start with this one as the whole experience really was superb. We booked this apartment as a 2 night break whilst in Corfu. The location is minutes from the port so no need for transport. The apartment is essentially in the heart of Sarande without it being amongst the noise of the vibrant area. The apartment did indeed exceed our expectations, the apartment was superbly equipped with everything you'd need whilst away from home, it really is a home away from home. The host met us on arrival and was really nice, she gave us a tour of the apartment and it really did feel that nothing was too much trouble. The host lives on the same floor and let us know that if we needed anything just to get in touch. We were also sent updates which were appropriate and well timed by the host. The price of this apartment is unbelievable, a hotel in the UK would be at least double the price paid. The apartment is very secure with it being covered by CCTV and each room in the apartment having an independent key lock. In summary I'd 100% recommend you book this place.

“Great recommendation for an extended stay in Saranda!”

Very nice, cosy and comfortable appartment to stay in Saranda! Malvina and her mother took great care of us including surprising Easter speciality food :-) They were of great help for any questions. Appartment number one is located close to downtown, to beaches, to shopping and to the Corfu ferry. At this time of the year (April) parking in the street was easy. Seaview from bedroom and main room including balcony. We liked it!

Very clean and modern property. Had what we needed for a very comfortable stay in sarande great communication from the host on arrival very quick to respond.

The flat was clean, comfortable and very well equipped. One of the things I appreciated most was how safe it felt—there's 24-hour camera surveillance and the owner is always very prompt in answering any questions. Plenty of restaurants and bakeries downstairs.

I had a wonderful stay at this accommodation! The place was spotless and very clean, which made it feel comfortable right away. The location is perfect — right in the centre of everything, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and attractions. The views from the property are absolutely stunning and made the stay even more special.

I really enjoyed my stay! The apartment has a stunning view and felt very clean as soon as I entered. The location is fantastic, just a short walk from beautiful beaches. Malvina was super helpful and even sent me a list of beaches, restaurants, bars, markets.

Malvina the host has been great with communication from time of booking until time to leave. Nothing was too much trouble for her. The apartment is comfortable and has everything you need for a short stay. The apartment is on the fifth floor and they even have a basket to get your bags up and down so you don’t have to carry them. The apartment is walking distance to everything and has lovely water views.

“Holiday Apt review”

Host Malvina couldnt of been more helpful with list of good dining places, beaches, trips 5☆host. We ferried across from Corfu not something we had done before but really easy. The apartment is a 5 min walk from the port. The only negative was the steps up to the apartment but we where both easily able to manage several times a day. There are pebble beaches literally opposite the apartment though sunbeds are 2000lek/ day. Great holiday and drinks and food very reasonable. If we returned i would have no hesitation in staying here again

Amazing place and view from balcony! The owner was pretty nice person, she helped with all the stuff, was open for communication, recommended us the best places near by the apartment. I’m grateful for the best vocation of the year 🥂

Nice and clean apartment within walking distance of the beach and the port (with ferries to Corfu). Plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The host was very friendly and helpful! Great option for staying in Sarandë.

Super apartments and very hospitable and nice hosts. The location is close to the sea, supermarket, port. The apartments have everything you need. Very clean, comfortable, cozy, thought out to the smallest detail. The hostess, at our request, provided all the necessary information about the city, restaurants, how to get to the apartment. I will be happy to come back here again and will recommend it to friends.

I stayed at 3S Apartments Sea-Sun-Sky for almost a week and had a wonderful experience. The location is perfect for rest and relaxation — it’s close to beautiful beaches with incredibly clear water and set in a quiet area with almost no street noise. Ideal if you’re looking for peace and calm. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay — including a washing machine, a well-stocked kitchen for cooking, and great air conditioning in both rooms. It’s also beautifully decorated and feels warm and homey, unlike many hotel rooms that can feel a bit empty. Even if there’s something you might need, the communication with the host is excellent and she’s incredibly helpful. When I arrived, she brought me drinking water for the whole week, and later on, when I had a small emergency, she quickly helped me with what I needed. I truly felt taken care of. Highly recommended — I’d definitely come back! 🌊☀️💙
