This hotel is quite convenient, being located right by the train station and surrounded by great dining options. The room itself is comfortable, well-kept, and does the job perfectly. I really liked having a convenience store right on Level 2 and a dedicated smoking room on the ground floor. A major highlight is Level 2 itself, which connects directly to eating galleries and undercover walkways that lead straight into the railway station and a nearby shopping mall. It was also the perfect base for catching the train out to Kitahiroshima to watch the Nippon-Ham Fighters play at Escon Field. The transit links made the whole trip easy.

Loved that this connected to the shopping centre and the railway indoors - we went in winter and it was snowing The staff were so friendly and helpful. We had sent our luggage to the wrong hotel of a similar name and they helped us with the transport. Loved how big the window of the room was and the facilities in the lobby My partner LOVED the onsen - he was a bit hesitant at first since he's not used to bathing naked with other people but he told me everyone goes about their business like you're not there so he got over it and enjoyed himself

The hotel was linked to many amenities as well as eateries. It is also sheltered to other malls and the train stations, both JR and local rail. An excellent choice during the snow season.

It was new, well maintained and right next to the station. We arrived on a rainy day and were able to get to the hotel in the covered walkway.

Connecting bridge/walkway to train station. Has a family mart on the second floor. Not too far from food and drink areas. It has its own public bath. Breakfast had a good spread and was pretty good. Overall I've been really impressed and happy with the stay here.

“Modern, clean hotel”

Friendly staff and a clean, modern, well run hotel. We enjoyed the public bath, which is a great advantage to staying here. It's very stylish and well appointed with lots of nice complementary amenities should you need them. The location with an indoor bridge to Shin Sapporro Station and some cafes and restaurants in the building was quite handy.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, which is conveniently located just a short walk from Shin-Sapporo Station, with direct access to the station from the hotel itself. This made travelling around the city incredibly easy. The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any queries. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, offering great value for money. I was impressed by the overall experience, and I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Sapporo. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a hassle-free, convenient place to stay.

We had a very pleasant stay at this new, comfortable hotel. There is a lovely onsen and a great restaurant with breakfast/lunch buffet.

“Clean, new, and convenience choice outside of the Sapporo town center”

The hotel is new, clean and convenient to shops and Shin Sapporo station. We like the separate bath and toilet. There is a mall next door and can get to the station side with a covered overpass. There is also a paid parking structure next door. There is also a bath in the hotel which was nice after a long day of sight-seeing. We chose this hotel as we didn't plan to drive into downtown Sapporo and it was a short drive to visit the Historical Village.

Location was good, 5min walk away from the Shin Sapporo JR station. Walk from the hotel to the station was sheltered the entire way which was a great bonus giving the temperature.
