Hard bed, one blanket instead of two. Very expensive buffet, which is not worth its price. The cakes sold by small shops were good. I would recommend my friends visiting Gateuax onsen and pool without staying and eating there ( the cakes are good though) and stay at Jozankei View Hotel instead.

A large resort hotel. Many guests stay with their children and families. Facilities are good. Free parking. Breakfast buffet is awesome.

“Memorable, fun and beautiful.”
Loved the location - beautiful view. The hotel was so beautiful and i loved all the shops in the hotel too. The rooms were nice and spacious, and Ryuki’s aufguss was worldclass as always ✨🎶 Loved every minute at Gateaux Kingdom ♥️

“Okay but probably would not go back again to stay. Would probably go back to the onsen spa.”
It is generally a nice hotel, and it's unfortunate that the original architectural design turned out to be rather complicated and interior spaces inefficient and not so guest friendly. But they tried to do the best they could... Their onsen spa is large and very nice, but needs some freshening up.
