“Ideal Capsule Hotel”

It was exactly as imagined - clean, quiet, comfortable. It was my first stay at a capsule hotel and I'm very glad it was this one.

“Capsule hotel in susukino”

A nice and quiet capsule hotel in the middle of Susukino in Sapporo. Could not hear anything inside from the busy streets outside. Check in and out was very easy, check out is done via a machine. You get a capsule with enough space for a 190cm person, the locker you use for personal storage was big enough for my suitcase, but just barely, though they do offer luggage storage at the counter where you check in. Something helpful for international travelers is there are YouTube videos of this place if you're unsure about specific things about it. Was nice for me for just a one night stay.

Right next to the centre of town so very convenient to get around. Has everything you need and was very comfortable staying in the cabin sized pod. They’re happy to store your suitcase in the staff only areas and you have a locker big enough to fit lots of stuff in (but only a wide & deep enough for a sports bag or small suitcase if you want to keep everything with you.

“An excellent capsule hotel to stay!”

The breakfast served at the partner hotel next door was excellent with plenty of choices and variety on different days. Lobby was quiet with plenty of comic books in Japanese, which I enjoyed. The receptionists were all helpful and friendly. The place is really clean and in a convenient location in tourist Susukino and accessible to The snow festival and ice sculpture events!

Great location near the station and very city center. Lot's of malls, restaurants, and entertainment around to keep you busy.

The bedroom and the shower space were very clean and the bed was comfortable. I had a good sleep. The public space is big so no need to concern if there would be no seat. A lot of mangas to read, too. The hotel also has a nice sauna but I didn't use it.

Wonderful capsule hotel in a central area (very close to Susukino subway station). The elevators open to what looks like an upmarket hotel. The reception adds to this feel. The uniformed staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and happy. They also spoke English very well. The capsule / cabin was one of the best I've stayed in. Very comfortable, two power outlets, free pyjamas and towels, a tall locker for your belongings adjacent to the capsule. It was also the quietest capsule hotel I've stayed in. Discrete signs requested quiet and it works. The "grooming room" was packed with amenities. The showers were also fully stocked. A great place to stay.

“Comfortable capsule I would recommend”

A few minutes walk from Suskino subway exit 4. Eateries and mini marts are nearby. Pretty convenient to move around. Staff friendly and efficient. Check-in was a breeze, so was self check-out. Capsule is comfortable and there is a big locker at the capsule. Locker can fit a 27 inch luggage with space to spare for a day bag and a medium size backpack. There are no keys to be had. One access card to enter the capsule area and that's it. Locker uses a number lock. Wifi connection is good. 2 power outlet in the capsule. There is a huge sauna. Unfortunately no onsen bath.

Great facilities and very helpful staff, also it was very quiet at all times - which made it a mostly enjoyable stay.

Fantastic location in susukino for snowfes, and easy enough to communicate with staff through translator apps if you need. Facilities are clean and well kept, capsules are roomier than expected, toiletries are plentiful as you'd expect from a business hotel. The staff does an admirable job given the volume of guests.

“Interesting experience”

Perfect location - right at the heart of Susukino. 30min stroll to the Sapporo central station. Plenty of bars and restaurants around. The hotel itself was an interesting experience. The personnel did not speak much English, yet did their best to make my stay as comfortable as possible. The breakfast in the hotel next door was absolutely delicious and so varied.
