“GREAT STAY, PLEASE STAY HERE”

The property was centrally located and it was easy to move around with a car. It was especially good because there was free parking. There is a super big supermarket nearby where we could do all our grocery runs, like getting sashimi at night! The owner was also super hospitable. He greeted us in the morning and at night when we saw him, and had conversations with us even though english is not his native language. He also provided us with many free snacks and even bought us breakfast on one of the days. This place truly represents Japanese hospitality!

“Perfect stay in wonderful accommodation”

We had a wonderful stay at Akko’s guest house, it was our first night in Japan and the hosts were amazing. The accommodation was perfect for our group, it was lovely and warm and very spacious. All beds were comfy and the kitchen was very well stocked and we were welcomed to try the food. Our group all highly recommend this guest house and one of our group declared it is the best Accommodation he has ever stayed in. Thank you Akko’s, you made our stay really enjoyable and we will recommend you to our friends.

The location is just a few minutes walk to the train station. The place is superb ; spacious, clean, great amenities, loaded fridge that is free to consume. Most of all, a very nice, generous and considerate landlord. Thank you very much!

I cannot tell you how much I liked the place. At first I was shocked to find that we were on the 2nd floor and the owners were on the ground floor. But let me tell you. It's like having your parents at home. They were sooo sweet. Gave us snacks, changed the towels even when we didn't ask them to. One time, I only asked if there is a supermarket open on new year and the owner went out probably to call then came back with a map to show me which one is open. They also have parking available onsite and just overall caring for the safety and comfort of their guests. They even played with our kids outside with their sled.

A well equipped house with all basic amenities provided for and the host went extra miles to provide additional snacks, drinks, ice cream, bottled water. Amazing hospitality.

The hosts were so nice and accommodating! They gave us a bunch of free snacks and even some local Hokkaido treats!

“A very lovely host”

the host is very friendly. they are very lovely to the kids. they even provide a lot of snack, chocolate and icecream for the kids. everyday they clear up the snows on our car. on our last day, they even give us a gift to bring home.

Spacious and clean. The owner is very nice and generous. Provided us with free snacks and drinks and even gave us a box of cookies as a gift. The location is a little bit out of Sapporo town, but as there is good access to train and bus to airport, accessibility isn't a problem.

Highly recommended.. Very good host, they served us everything including salt, sugar, bread, milk, plenty of snacks, soft drinks, fruits and pastries. The owner had swipe fallings snow on my rental car every morning before we drive away.. The house very clean.. Will stay here again if travel to Sapporo in future ..Arigato Gozaimasu AKKO'S Guest House.

Spacious, excellent for big groups. No feeling of being cramped. Close to a subway, and close to iceskating and on onsen. The staff were extremely kind and caring, which was really the big cherry on top.

“Our pleasant experience in Sapporo”

Host is superb. Not only the guest house was packed with junk food, instant noodles, ice cream and drinks, the owner served us with the sweet and juicy melon and grapes. They helped us to carry our heavy luggages to 3rd floor. Sent us message to inform them before check out if we wanted to carry down our luggages. Everything they did was so touching and warmed our hearts. The house was very clean, big and comfortable. I can do my laundry as the laundry room was big enough for me to handle 4 people's few days clothing. Distance to subway station is quite near. All beds provided are very comfortable, so we all had our good rest well during our stay.

“Nice trip in Sapporo”

Good location which is 5 minutes from metro station and airport shuttle bus stop, at the same time far from the noisy tourist area. The house service is excellent. We are happy to share all the drink and snacks provided by the host. Three bedrooms and a big living room are enough for a big group. We experienced real Japanese life style during three days. The host also gave us a lot of suggestions for the restaurants.
