They have an incredibly varied and delicious breakfast. The spa facilities are very nice, the areas are clean (but they look bigger in the photos). The staff are very helpful, friendly and attentive. The room view is fantastic, the spa bath inside is working and clean.

The room is amazing, the view gorgeous. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was Special thanks for the customer relationship manager Samia hanım, she did her best to upgrade our room and gave us all tips for the sightseeing in sapanca. I would really come back again.

I came here to relax. I ended up questioning if I should sell everything and move in permanently. 10/10 would escape reality here again. The staff were so friendly I started wondering if I owed them money in a past life.

There is nothing negative that anyone can say about the staff in this hotel. I have never felt this welcomed in an other hotel before. From the moment we checked-in till we checked-out, we were extremely pleased with every single employee. As for the facilities, the spa satisfied our expectations, the menu of the restaurant had great variety (including vegan options) and the food was good.

The spa is wonderful, the rooms are very comfortable, and the staff is so nice and helpful. Ms Samia Mohamed was so approachable and helpful with all aspects of the stay, and it was a pleasure to have her as our contact person. The breakfast is very good.
