“terribly dirty bathroom”

No ventilation in the bathroom. The bathroom is not kept clean at all... I don't understand why this has a high rating

“Nice and affordable place”

The location is very nice, the hotel has a parking and restaurant, but we did not stay for breakfast this time so not sure about that. The staff is very polite and helpful, all in all a very nice experience.

“Spacious room and lovely breakfast”

The quadruple room was quite roomy (one king bed, one single bed, a couple lounge chairs, a balcony with 2 chairs and big bathroom with great hot water and pressure. It was super quiet at night. Easy car parking. We were allowed to check in before 2pm which was appreciated. The lady receptionist was friendly and always greeted us warmly when she saw us. But the winning feature was the great Turkish breakfast. We've had many hotel breakfasts over the last 3 weeks and this was one of the best.

The location is excellent amongst the forest and the river .. the staff and the lady manager are very nice .. they gave us a gift when we left and that was a very nice touch .. the air-conditioning is so cold and the family room was big and quite .. the beds were comfortable to sleep

Great location. Ideal place to spend few days in relaxing environments. Every thing is close by, outing, grocery, eating places. The staff is extremely welcoming and always willing to help and support. They server us traditional breakfast and made it customer as per our needs.

Amazing tranquil location. It was so therapeutic to hear the water flowing and be surrounded by mountains. The owners and the workers went above and beyond in kindness and consideration. The bedroom and balcony was luxurious, great shower. We love walking and were delighted to walk part way up Kartepe mountain to the glass platform. ( A long and steep walk, we didn’t see anyone else doing it) Fantastic restaurants in the immediate vicinity in glorious scenery. Marsukiye is unique and quite magical.

Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable beds. The sound of a waterfall in the garden was very soothing. Nice breakfast Turkish style.

The location is really nice. The hotel is surrounded by several small waterfalls.

The hotel is surrounded by a wide green area and many streams of water. The hotel staff were nice and helpful and the owner was really very nice and respectable person. He accept to modify my reservation period without any deduction from my credit card which used to guarantee the payment. I really appreciate this kind and respectable response.
