“Immaculate, comfortable, friendly and great location”

The room was large, modern, immaculate with air conditioner, fridge and electric kettle. The building is modern and secure in an ideal location for visiting the old town. The staff in the restaurant bar called Salama were very helpful and friendly. They even helped us with needle and thread to stitch some torn pants. We do not speak French but their children speak English and we also communicated with the owner via WhatsApp. We wish them all the best. The fried fish for dinner was the best I ever tasted and very good price. Great breakfast. We loved every minute. Thank you.

You are welcomed by an extremely friendly family that runs a restaurant next door. The kids speak perfect English. They also prepare great food. Room is spacious and clean.

The room was ample, clean, with a good location and a lot of light. Very big bed and good for sleeping, because it was very quiet. Good views. The toilet was a bit small, but the shower was good. Very well situated, at walking distance of UN building, good restaurants and the city centre.

Amazing location and flexible management. Also, the 'caretaker' family next door is superbly helpful. If I go back to Sao Tome, this is where I'd stay, for sure. Highly recommended. I loved the stay. New building. Quiet A/C. Quiet fridge. Great, spacious bathroom. Hot water, internet, everything was amazing by Sao Tome standards.

Very good location, and the apartment is equipped with everything you need. Comfortable bed, great shower pressure, good AC. Close to very nice restaurants and shops. Host is very accommodating and helpful as well as responsive. I would recommend staying here! Breakfast is served at a local downstairs. To check in you have to go to the shop on the right of the entrance. Pay cash (did say will charge my card but didn’t)
