Everything. It is all new. The flat in itself and the building, so cozy. There is gym and laundry room. It looks like the movie Eliseum. Everyone is perfect and beautiful on the spaceship. On the street it is a different story... Great location near the Japanese district. The owner is very responsive. Sparkling clean. They get my highest recommendation.
