There was no water heater kettle in the room.On the first morning they gave me hot water in the early morning but after 30 minutes of my request and I had to go to the reception. During the day they told me they would arrange for a kettle but but failed and instead I was told they would send the flask with hot water to my room but nothing came.. On the second morning again I went down and after waiting for 30 minutes in the Cafetaria,I was given the flask but ask to pay on the spot by one lady called Patricia.How did they expect me to pay when I was in my nightsuit, but she wouldn't budge. She was aggressive and rude and her posture was racist. This incident really disturbed me and I was very upset the whole day. This was unexpected in a hotel with a high rating!

“Excellent value for money (upper room category)”
This hotel exceeded our expectations. Truth is that we upgraded our booking to stay in the higher category (rooms above the 9th level and renovated) and it was the best decision. The room was super nicely renovated, extremely clean compared to other hotels. The location is the best, the staff was really nice, the breakfast is very good quality. Next time we are in SP, we will choose this hotel for sure.

Nice decoration..like an art gallery inside.. Kind and fast welcome desk.. Clean rooms and suitable/comfortable conditions. There are many kinds of nice restaurants around hotel.. Good location.

“Over the last year this hotel has reduced services and the rate has increased well above inflation.”
Bed comfort and cleanness are excellent. The staff is very good. Above all, the location is favorable for my needs. I have stayed at this hotel several times.
