“Good hotel at a reasonable price in Sao Paolo!”
Good hotel in Sao Paolo - our room was quite comfortable on the top floor. The beds were nice, shower was quite clean. We didn't have the hotel breakfast but everything was good for us overall.

When I booked my room, I requested an early check-in and was told that the hotel would do its best to accommodate me upon arrival. However, when I arrived, the reception staff attempted to charge me for a full day's stay for a few hours of early check-in. I explained that I had already booked six nights at the hotel and felt it was unreasonable to pay for an entire night's stay just to gain access to my room a few hours earlier. Unfortunately, my argument did not help my situation. Although the room was ready, the staff strictly adhered to their policies, prioritizing the sale of early check-ins. On the day of checkout, a similar situation arose, where I had to spend 2,000 bonus miles just to extend my stay by two hours. I travel frequently and must admit that I have never encountered such an unfriendly customer policy in any country I've visited. This was my first, but it will also be my last stay at this hotel.

“Great location to stay in Faria Lima”
The hotel is very well located in the Faria Lima area. The first Queen room we had old furniture and we then moved on to a higher room category, which was brand new and corresponds to the pictures you see online, so I recommend booking this if you can. We had issues with noisy neighbours the first night but the receptionist kindly agreed to move us to a new and better room. Breakfast was good. The hotel is very close to all sorts of good restaurants and the area felt very safe.
