Check in took 40 minutes because they could not find my reservation. The boss is rude, had no idea about dealing with customers. I also wanted to shorten the reservation, which she said was not possible, while according to Booking.com I would have to pay a penalty of one night. Then my door key cards did not work 2 times and only the cleaners finally got me in. Other wise the room was ok.

It was my second time in this hotel. Very good breakfast, location near teatro. Nice room and hot shower. I also like that they have bedside light.

The breakfast was very good and the kitchen staff very nice and helpful. Same goes for the cleaning staff and the people at the front desk.

The neighborhood was great. Close to most things we needed and to public transport. Staff at hotel was great. Even with very little English they tried to accommodate us as best they could.

The location is great - just a short walk to the beautiful Theatro Municipal. The hotel is spotlessly clean and my room was very comfortable with a lovely small outside balcony. All the staff I met were courteous, friendly and helpful. The bathroom was great with a very spacious shower. The selection of food at breakfast was lovely too and nicely laid out.

Overall it was good! Liked the breakfast!

Beautiful hotel in the centre of the city, with supermarkets nearby. You can reach the landmarks of the city by foot. I enjoyed the breakfast and also the gym

Breakfast was excellent and so were the staff - refilling the various food items items very quickly. So didn't have to wait long. Cleared up the tables very quickly Reception staff very helpful

We got to the hotel after 15h00 and our room was not ready. We had to wait The shower floor drain was not correctly built so the water did not drain

“Good hotel with amazing staff, but a few downsides”

This is a solid hotel in the center of São Paulo. The biggest highlight was definitely the staff — they were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast was also fantastic, with plenty of delicious options. However, there were two things that didn’t quite meet our expectations: the Wi-Fi was weak, and the beds were uncomfortable. Since this was our last stop on a 3-week trip, we were hoping for a bit more comfort. That said, the hotel overall is still very good. If you like softer mattresses, you’ll probably enjoy it more than we did. It wasn’t our favorite, but I still wouldn’t rate it lower than an 8. With better Wi-Fi and more comfortable beds, it could easily be a 10.
