“Amazing stay and the best breakfast”
I really liked the location of the property, which is excellent and close to many restaurants, shops, and attractions in São Paulo. The room was clean, comfortable, and well organized. The staff was very friendly and helpful during my stay. The breakfast was also very good, with a nice variety of options. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and I would definitely stay here again.

“Great option near Parque Ibirapuera and the São Paulo Biennial.”
The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. I chose the option without breakfast. The staff was great and offered useful and trustworthy infos about safety of walking in the surroundings. Great location to visit Park Ibirapuera and the Biennial.

The room is good, comfortable, not noisy, and that is a good thing, since it is difficult to have it quiet to sleep in São Paulo.

“Well-priced, clean, modern hotel in convenient location with easy access to the heart of São Paulo.”
Very reasonably priced hotel in convenient, quiet location, with plenty of places to eat nearby. Room quite compact but clean and with strong shower and good wifi and wardrobe space. Good buffet breakfast. Friendly, helpful staff. Aclimação is quite a hilly area, so it's best to take an Uber to reach Avenida Paulista, but it's easy to walk back down to the hotel.

staff was utterly confusing during checkout, leading me to mistakenly understand that an incorrect charge was made over breakfast that was already included in reservation. it turned out it was not overcharged, but still caused much unnecessary stress and frustration.
