“Good service and location”
Good location, I didn't use the metro, but this hotel is located right in front of metro station. Breakfast was good, and service was good. and clean

“Not so great”
At the reception they only speak portuguese, no english. The room was not very clean and the neigbourhood wasn't really safe or clean.

“Great location with a comfortable bed and helpful friendly staff”
Although it’s not the safest neighborhood (which is normal for any downtown area of a big city), the 24h reception and security safe to go in or out at any time of the day. All of the staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are on the smaller side but they are indeed very quiet and modern. A great hotel for couples or friends, specially if you’re willing to use the subway.

“Cost effective and well located nice hotel!”
Excellent breakfast with all varieties of food items even for lactose-free people. Room was clean, quiet and comfortable. It's well-located in Centro although just slightly beyond the main area, which means it is best to use prudence for a few blocks until you're in the business area.

“It's just okay, but nothing special to choose them..”
The small outdoor area in front of the hotel was nice and green as the surrounding area was quite creepy (especially when it got dark outside). Expectations were high when entering the hotel.... The Metro station is very close and also the train station to take the train to the airport

“Great hotel in a marginal area”
The infrastructure of the hotel is great, the problem is the neighborhood in which it is located. it is not safe to walk around after 6 or 7 pm; There are very few places to dine out, so we mostly had to order to eat in the hotel or take an Uber.
