We have been to countless inns and lodges throughout Brazil, and we can assure that we have never been treated so well and felt so at home as at Ocacocar. From check-in to check-out, the service was simply impeccable, everything was perfect in every detail. All the staff, without exception, were very kind and attentive throughout our stay, always looking for a way to make us feel welcome. The bungalow is very comfortable and cozy, well decorated, all the products offered are of the highest quality and the maintenance of all the facilities is flawless. The breakfast is customized, delicious, prepared with fresh ingredients and with great care. The owners are not only excellent hosts, they are actually guardian angels. I discovered this when I got sick: they took me to the hospital and gave me all the care and attention, as if I were family. Something very, very rare these days. Will we return? We hope many times, it was an amazing experience!

From the moment we arrived, absolutely everything was perfect. The owner and all the staff go above expectations and do everything possible to make you feel at home and looked after. All the staff are so friendly and make you feel so comfortable. The hotel is beautiful, the food is great and the beach set up is amazing. We were very sad to leave but grateful for our time there. I highly, highly recommend everyone to stay here!

“Tropical beach retreat with every comfort.”

Breakfast was delicious. The hosts could not have been kinder to us, taking away all our worries and helping us enjoy our stay for a friend’s wedding. The individual casitas were very comfortable and immaculately clean. Don't know how they kept the bugs out in the tropical climate but we never had one bug bite. The pool looked refreshing and the common areas were very peaceful. Would highly recommend as it was worth every penny!

“A pretty pousada in a developing area”

The pousada has friendly, patient and helpful owners and is a few minutes walk from a sandy beach that is safe for swimming at high tide and pleasant to walk when the tide is low. Breakfast is truly excellent and one of the best we have experienced at any time. The garden is tranquil, very pretty and has a nice pool. The chalets are comfortable and attractively furnished with attention to detail. In respect of location, there is a contrast, it needs to be said, between the tidiness of the pousada and certain developments presently in the surrounding area (over which the owners obviously have no control).
