“Great location, friendly host”
It was like a real escape from reality - the hotel is located on a secluded beach, with the ocean right in front of it. Drinking a Kriola in the shadows of its veranda while hearing the waves was fantastic, as was watching the sun dip into the ocean in the evening. Not suitable for a swim though, as the currents are pretty tough. But a long walk on the beach is a must! Breakfast was great, we needed it served quite early in the morning and Albino arranged for it. He was a great and attentive host and helped us book а taxi upon departure. However, the taxi did not arrive on time, so he personally drove us to the airport which was very kind of him :)

The place is really nice, you sleep with the sound of the sea, it is on the beach were you can walk easily. The host is available to help you with your needs and questions. We think this place has a great potential! All the best for the new owners!

Tortuga is a very special spot just outside the city of Sao Felipe. The rooms are basic and ok. John, the new owner is a very friendly and helpfull person always ready to answer your question. He helped us to find a airplane ticket and assisted us to the airport.
