The only good thing was the posibility to use the Hualuxe hotel amenities, because they were fat better than in Holiday Inn and not in the direct neighbourhood of the building site

Comfortable room, helpful staff and helpful laundry self service laundry facilities. Pool facilities not great but able to use the pool facilities at next door hotel which easy walking distance. Dining facilities at nearby hotel was also great.

The shared facilities with the neighbouring HuaLuxe Hotel improved the stay. The room was an excellent size but we were at first impacted by major demolition works going in the neighbouring property. Those demolition works also impacted the hotel's swimming pool but we were able to use the HuaLuxe Hotel's facilities. Nonetheless the hotel facilitated a change of room away from the demolition works - they were happy to help. The children's facilities in the hotel - and those available in the HuaLuxe Hotel were excellent - definitely a plus for those travelling with children. The range and quality of food available at breakfast was also great.

“Overall, everything was excellent, but the situation with the sunbeds should be changed.”
I would like to give the highest score to the receptionist at SASA, she is extremely professional, diplomatic, and speaks excellent English. She genuinely tries to help and approaches every guest as if she were welcoming them into her own home. She is very solution-oriented and truly committed to resolving any question. I would also like to mention Zeya, who is very responsible and attentive. In general, all reception staff were friendly, helpful, and consistently professional. The whole team is very well trained, this is noticeable in every interaction. Technical staff and the cleaning team were always polite, smiling, and welcoming. Thank you to everyone for the warm hospitality. Breakfast was delicious, and the hot dishes delivered to the room were excellent — you can truly feel the effort the staff put into making guests comfortable. The bedding, pillows, and mattresses were another highlight: everything was clean, new, and very comfortable. Robes were replaced regularly, and sometimes complimentary fruit was left in the room, which was a very pleasant touch.

A Wonderful Stay – Returning for the Second Time! This was my second time staying at Holiday Inn & Suites Yallon Bay, and I’m happy to say that the quality of service remains exceptionally high – if not even better than before. The hotel is beautifully located near the lake at the end of Yallon Bay, just a short walk from the sea. It’s perfect for families, as well as anyone who appreciates peace, quiet, and complete relaxation. I would like to give special thanks to Yuki for her incredible support via WeChat. It truly felt like having a personal assistant who is always there to help with any questions, which made the stay even more comfortable and stress-free. The food also deserves special mention. Breakfasts are delicious as always, and dinners have become even better. Previously, there was a fixed menu, but now they offer a buffet, which gives much more freedom to choose what you like. This time I travelled with my elderly mother, and she was absolutely delighted as well. We had stayed in several other hotels during our trip, so she had something to compare with, and this one clearly stood out with its service, attention to detail, and wonderfully quiet location. I am happy to give this hotel a full 5 out of 5 – for cleanliness, service, hospitality, and the peaceful atmosphere. I will definitely come back again – a third time, a fourth time, and anytime I pass through this area, because I truly love this hotel.

The hotel is great! It is perfect value for money. We liked the room, we got 2 rooms apartment, it is extremely convenient when travelling with a kid. The food is good - the selection is various and you have European food selection. We had breakfast and dinner included. Communication is really good - we contacted the hotel before arrival and got answers on many questions. The hotel offers pots for babies and they even have strollers available if you need. Complimentary transfer is really good to have! What we liked mot of all - it is a perfect place for children! Everything there is for children - the park, the train, soap bubbles party in the swimming pool and many many other things! It is great!
