While the hotel is very well located, it was extremely noisy at night; as the rooms are facing the street and we had the room just next to the lobby and could hear everything (from people checkin out early in the morning to the discussions of the personnel at night). The add also did not correspond to the room we had; we had no bath (only a very old shower that doesnt work well), no sea view nor did we have a couch. They ask for a fee if you want to leave your luggage the next day. For information, the bikes cannot be used and are only for decoration.

“Nice stay in Studio 27”
Nice stay in the edge of Zona Colonial. Room was clean, wifi was ok. On the top of the hotel you also have mini terrace. Small market is just cross the street.

“Wonderful stay close to everything in the heart of the Colonial Zone”
The room was big and comfortable, all of the staff was so friendly and accommodating (which makes such an impact here), the rooftop patio is really nice, and it's in the perfect area to explore the whole Colonial Zone! Would definitely stay here again. We also got the room for an amazing price, and it included breakfast.

“Fake pictures / not worth the money”
We booked this place based on its location and the photos on the profile. However, after a month of traveling through the Dominican Republic, this has been the most disappointing accommodation we've stayed in. Upon arrival, we were taken across the street to a different location that wasn't shown on the profile pictures. The receptionist couldn't even figure out how to turn on the lights at the entrance, and wasn't sure which of the four keys was needed for which door. To make matters worse, the apartment had no glass in the windows, which were located directly on a busy road, making it impossible to get a good night's sleep due to the constant noise from cars and delivery trucks from 1:30 AM to 5 AM. Although there was an air conditioning unit in the room it was useless since there were no windows. The bathroom was also not clean. To add insult to injury, they tried to charge us $15 for a broken glass that shattered in the night when a picture fell off the wall. Needless to say, we would not recommend this accommodation to anyone.
