The location was great and the hotel was very cozy and cute. The staff was super nice — Juana and the other guys were always available, took great care of us, and helped with every question we had. Hasta pronto y gracias por todo

The hotel was in an excellent location, right next to the old town, which made it easy to explore the area on foot. The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. Breakfast was generous and offered a wide variety of options. Overall, the hotel was cozy and pleasant, and I really enjoyed my stay.

Location is very near the old town in walking distance. Breakfast was great with many options as buffet. Pool and jacuzzi seems great and the terrace on the roof Has a nice View. Christopher who works on reception was very helpful and communicative before we came there and during our stay he helped us with many other things.

Breakfast guy

I stayed at Rig Malecon and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. The room was dirty, with a strong unpleasant smell and stale air. The curtains were moldy, and the atmosphere felt suffocating. The air conditioner was so loud that it was impossible to get a proper night’s sleep. On arrival, there were no towels provided, which added to the frustration. The only positive aspects were the hotel’s location, which is convenient, and the receptionist, Cesar, who was kind and helpful. Without these two factors, the stay would have been unbearable. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel unless major improvements are made.

The property was central to the places we had planned to visit, the decor and ambiance of the hotel was lovely. The lobby’s design, furnitures and amenities are modern and properly maintained and also very clean. The staff were very polite, helpful and thorough. Check in was very easy and fast. Got the exact room that was booked. The hotel also made contact to ensure all is well, before we even reach the hotel and checked about the possible time we will get there. We found that to be a kind gesture. The room was very organized and clean, all amenities were functional. Soap (bar and liquid) and tissues were in the bathroom. The city view and sea view from the junior suite was breath taking, exactly what we had in mind. My husband was able to fly his drone from the room too. Would definitely stay at RIG Puerto Malecon again! The breakfast was delicious and dining area clean. (Just wished there were more protein options) The bar on the roof with the city view is great.

I enjoyed the buffet breakfast and hotel meals. The staff was extremely helpful about the facility and tour. They connected me to a tour company. The location was central to the historical Zona Colonial. I could operate the ceiling fan at a temperature that was satisfactory. I enjoyed swimming in the pool daily.
