Beautiful building, in a brilliant location. Staff friendly and helpful. Had a small kitchenette with a hob to make simple food which we weren’t expecting.

“Don't recommend staying here”
What we liked: location of the property What we didn't like: - There was a huge dead cockroach in the coffee can being offered in the room. A USD 30 discount was offered as a result, after having a huge confrontation with the management over the phone, during which initially they did not wish to apologise. - Communication with the management of the hotel was not good. Even though we informed the hotel in advance (as we were arriving on a late night flight), we arrived at 4am and the staff were not aware. In the end we paid for an extra night (we don't mind this, as we were checking in very early). We were annoyed because the hotel didn't respond when we communicated our arrival time upfront via the booking app and it put us and the night guard in an uncomfortable position when the room was not available to check in - While paying the bill, we were informed there is a cleaning fee (apparently cleaning is only included for every 2 days). The hotel management insists this is on their website but this was is not indicated anywhere on the booking website - the room picture gives the impression the pool is in specific to the room we booked, but it's actually a communal pool shared between the hotel property and the attached apartments - for some reason the property is listed as two separate listings on booking

Beautiful, safe and perfect stuff. You can not have better location in Zona with such value, highly recommended
