The owner, and her person of trust, are both nice, polite, helpful, and professional people. The apartment itself is very cosy and spacious. It is well equipped and looks nice. The neighborhood is very good compared to other places in that wild and overly crowded city. One new "mall" is being built nearby, with a few fast food restaurants and a supermarket. Okay people in the gym, too. Santo Domingo is experiencing problems with electricity from time to time, so be prepared for that, too. This apartment has its own little power supply in case of power shortages, so you can still use your lights, laptops, and other simple stuff.

Cleanliness! This place was awesome, it had everything you could possibly need. The balcony was my favorite. The bedrooms were very very comfortable. I liked the location, close to supermarket, gas station, and very good food close by. I loved the price, awesome. I recommend to all my friends and family.
