“Shame about the hidden fees”
The apartment is fine, very typical for Santiago in the classic matchbox style (i.e. Ok for short stays/place to crash but not very comfortable if you need to work there). It is right in Plaza Egaña, which was a good location for me, but it can be quite noisy/lots of construction work.

“Apartment is fine - be prepared to pay cash or be abused by owner”
Property is fine . However the owner needs to change aspects of his listings to expect payment in cash . Wants to communicate outside of booking.com and by what’s app.
