Overview
Located just outside of Santiago and inside of Santa Rita vineyard, one of the oldest wine cellars of Chile, this historical monument was fully renovated in 2017 becoming Hotel Casa Real, a luxury boutique hotel. Featuring 16 rooms and following a neoclassic style with views of the gardens and swimming pool. Guest can enjoy two diferentes restaurants, Casa Real in the inside or Doña Paula Restaurant in the gardens. Both offering a wide variety of wines. The hotel is surrounded by a 40 hectares park designed by french landscaper Guillermo Renner, featuring a lagoon, black-necked swans, and roman baths. Guests can visit the Museo Andino, and partake in different wine activities. Guests can also participate in wine tastings, which can be organised upon request, or enjoy a groumet picnic in the gardens. All rooms come with a wine bottle, and offer several comforts. Comodoro Arturo Merino Benítez International Airport is 47 kilometres from the hotel, while the city centre of Santiago is 42 km away.

“Amazing Experience”
Amazing Hotel in the countryside surroundings of Santiago with a wide private park to enjoy sunshine over a morning stroll. The room was definitely a plus. A must if you enjoy wine and want to relax (especially after travelling around Chile!)

“An incredible stay”
Wow! Our stay here was amazing, and was such an incredible introduction to the amazing country that is Chile. Rima was fantastic in our tour around the park and the winery. The wine-tasting was lovely, and with the best red wine I’ve ever had. Breakfast was fantastic too. The scenery around the whole park is incredible, and it’s only open to hotel guests so feels nice and private

“Amazing winery estate, steeped in history and friendly and welcoming staff.”
The Santa Rita Winery estate is absolutely spectacular. Steeped in history and gardens are kept to a very high standard. We had a premium win tour followed by lunch at Dona Paula Restaurant. We could not fault any aspect of our time at Hotel Casa Real and the winery. We had planned to visit other wineries in the Maipo Valley but cancelled and spent our entire time at this exceptional place. Absolutely recommended.

“Historical winery hotel in suburb of Santagio”
The historic site with lots of European design in Chile. Staffs were lovely and professional. Free of charge to use the bike around the area. We were the only 4 guests on the first day which we could have all on our own. The lady who do the wine tasting was very professional and knowledgeable about the winery history. I was recommended to those who love wine.

“Shocking inflexible service but great building”
Pretty historic property set in lovely park land. Rooms comfortable. Taking the wine tour and tasting was a definite highlight. Gym hot and poorly equipped but empty.

The hotel has to be the best gem of Chili. The historic building and the parc are fantastic. The room is very confortable and big. The service is outstanding, The diner with paired wines is absolutely delicious and fined. The tranquillity, the space, the pool is a perfect luxury gateaway.

“stunning boutigue hotel - mere like a small stately home. and great value.”
a magnificent place to stay. it was like staying in a country house. marvellous former home of the vineyard owners built in 1880. we had a marvellous room. with large living room and outside area. we had a fascinating tour of the Santa Rita vineyards. it was a privilege to stay here. our best stay in Chile. lovely staff who made us so welcome.

“A wine lovers oasis”
This is a beautiful country house style hotel ,very traditional with wonderful grounds, rooms and staff and with access to all the Santa Rita wines. The house restaurant exceeded expectations and outshone the Dona Paula restaurant.

“An absolute must visit for foodies”
This boutique Hotel with a garden to die makes you want to move in. Fantastic food, Fantastic service, in historical surroundings with park and house, placed in vineyard area. Tranquility, food and wine. Possible to bike and walk and take a horse ride. Sitting out in the garden having a coffee became a morning ritual. Wine tastings can be arranged

“Fabulous stay”
It is a fabulous old building. So many historic features. Creaky floorboards. The staff are superb. Made to feel very welcome on arrival. Nothing too much trouble. Dining room staff lovely. Food excellent. Good breakfast.Hotel guide excellent. Grounds amazing. Wine store and café excellent. Really well laid out and interesting museum . Loved our room with conservatory off it
