“Super stay !”
Everything: it is in a nice area, easy access, easy to check in, flexibility when checking out by providing separate invoices, room service was perfect and food was delicious. At arrival I had a problem with safety box, but it was solved in less than 30 minutes from my call to the receptionist.This is the second time I stay in this hotel in 7 months, and I will stay there next time as well.

“A really lovely hotel for a long or short stay.”
The property was excellent and so were the staff. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Not ideally located for the historic sights of Santiago but in the hustle and bustle of the shopping area.

“Great location and comfort in Santiago”
The room is comfortable and well sized. The beds are comfortable and have plenty of pillows. There were no noises from the street despite being in a busy area. It is close to the MUT and Costanera Center, the Metro, etc. They also give a welcome drink, and the classic Doubletree cookie!

“Need improvements”
The location is good, with many restaurants and even a Junbo in the nearby mall. They allowed me to check in before 3pm.

“Everything was perfect and exceeded our expectations !”
Spotlessly clean large room. Very quiet. Excellent service with a very, very rich buffet breakfast. Special thanks to Gonzalo, who was on duty at the reception - our flight was delayed, and he let us extend our stay beyond the checkout hour. Location is safe with everything close by.
