“Short but pleasant stay”

Location

The so called bathroom in the room means a “open plan” sink almost in the sleeping area, a toilet cabin and a shower cabin with partially transparent doors.One can not move between all three without entering the sleeping area. Due to such lack of a proper bathroom that provides privacy, the rooms are not suitable for sharing, we had to book a second room.

“Good price for location and confort”

Location, staff, the room, they did our expectation. There is a water dispenser in the room, what a very good service and good for the environment.

Vey nice hotel well located and friendly staff. the restaurant at the top was very good for breakfast and dinners.

Good room, great shower pressure and comfortable bed. Nice view from the room. Close to many restaurants. Good rooftop bar with sometimes live music which was very enjoyable.

Room with a good view. Met with all the desired requirements. Clean rooms. Comfortable beds and pillows. Varied and good quality breakfast. Exquisite views from the rooftop restaurant. Staff always ready to help.

“Great Stay in Santiago”

Room: very comfortable and clean. Staff was super friendly and gave us a room with a beautiful front view. Bathroom: modern-integrated into the room, with glass walls. Shower was very relaxing, with its high pressure. Breakfast was very good although there wasn't a great variety of items. The restaurant is on the top of the building, so you have a very nice view of the city. The hotel is in a safe area and in a walking distance of Parque Arauco Shopping. We would definitely stay at this Hotel again.

Great location, service & staff.

Reception staff were very helpful, allowing us to leave bags until we could check in later. Location is good, whilst being away from the the city centre there are metro stations within walking distance and we used the local stop of the hop on - hop off bus to tour the city and learn a little of it's history. The top floor restaurant and terrace is fantastic with good food and drinks and wonderful views over the local area. Breakfast was not included but the fixed price allowed access to a wide variety of breakfast options. My wife was very happy with the pool and sunbeds.

Good reception at my arrival. fast check-in with good details. they respect my reservation and the room correspond to my expectations. Fitness was nice but the box sca was missing people always smiling and trying to be helpful.
