“Great value B&B in a fantastic location”

Great bed and breakfast in a fantastic location, very close to all the main restaurants, bars and shops in Providencia. We stayed for 4 nights and felt very welcome by the host and all of the staff there who made a lovely breakfast each morning and were able to help us out with laundry and exploring the city. The owner speaks good English and our room was cleaned each day. Very comfortable beds and a wide screen TV in our room which was nice to have in the evening. It's a quiet location but a short walk from everything you need in the area

This place is a gem! The staff/family that run the place are so kind and hospitable. The pool was lovely to cool off from the summer. Strongly recommend!!

The bed was super comfy. Huge tv and heating. The owners are really lovely and friendly. They let me leave my bag for half a day after checking out while I went exploring for the day. I would have stayed longer but they were booked out. It is about a 5min walk to the shopping mall and even though the property is on the main road, I did not hear any of the traffic, good soundproofing.

We stayed here for two nights in January and were welcomed very friendly. The area is very safe and nice, the rooms were clean and the breakfast buffet was very delicious and diverse. The rooms are a bit small and not the newest anymore, but for the price we've paid, you can not expect more. Overall we had a good stay here and would come again :)

Wow, this is a gem. Excellent (and very safe) location and a great vibe overall. Very accommodating and understanding owners. Crazy value for money 😁 Just a note, if you are a non-Chilean and want to take advantage of a IVA-free rate, make sure you pay in cash.

The host was super kind, she helped me booking the transfer to the airport and kept my luggage all the day after the check out because I had my flight late in the night. There is a nice common space with sofas and wifi. The breakfast is very good too - coffee, fruit, yogurt, cereals, bread, jam, cheese, ham and scrambled egg made fresh on the moment. I had a wonderful time! The city center (Plaza de Armas) is about 4km away, you can go there with public transports or by walking along the river. It is a very nice promenade.

Great location close to the Costanera Center and also an easy walk to the trail/road up San Cristóbal. Quick access to busses and metro, restaurants -- all just across the river from the B&B. Safe location in an upscale neighborhood. Gated entry that the hosts lock and unlock for you each time you come and go. Hosts are kind, hospitable, and generous! Always smiling, always asking how you're doing. Really, truly sweet people. Breakfasts are great and filling (fruit, coffee, toast, yogurt, avocados, deli meat, cheese all available each day, plus they make fried eggs for you). I spent time sitting in the back yard by the small and sparkling pool while I caught upon work -- it was lovely and cool. Everything was super clean, including the shared bathrooms. I was always able to get into the bathroom when I needed it -- no issue with it being shared, and the hosts keep it clean throughout the day. I spent seven nights there and they changed my sheets in the middle of the stay (so kind!) and offered to do my laundry as well, which was super helpful! I loved getting to chat with the hosts each day. Such sweet people.

“A home away from home”

The best hotel we've stayed at! Carolina and her husband were so lovely, the rooms were wonderful and the breakfast was muy muy rico! We really enjoyed our stay here, it was very close to the mall and to the metro so we could easily go around the city as well get food and things from the supermarket in the mall. Thanks to the hosts for being such wonderful human beings, we really felt welcome at your B&B!

Nice family-run B&B with several private rooms. Location is ideal for walking around Santiago, it's a short walk from borth Sky Constanera and Cerro San Cristobal and all of the botanical gardens there. Although located near a major freeway, we found it to be quiet and peaceful. Would absolutely return.
