This place checked all our boxes. The cozy one bedroom apartment had a kitchen, laundry, A/C, comfy beds, a great shower, plenty of towels, and was in a great location close to the subway, cafes, restaurants, and supermarkets, etc. David was waiting for us when we arrived. He was very helpful about where to eat/what to do. Will definitely stay there again!

The apartment is amazing, very well equipped and from the the window you see the Santa Lucia hill. Location is perfect and safe, there is a big supermarket, 2 groceries and 1 bakery and a pharmacy directly next to the building. The bed is very comfortable. Wifi is fast. The owners of the apartment are very nice and providing you plenty useful information. Highly recommended!

Very well furnished cozy apartment in the heart of Santiago's city centre, close to great neighborhoods like Lastarria. Great welcome from David and Jaime, who generously accommodated an early arrival.

Great location. Hosts were fantastic with a warm welcome and very helpful even late at night. Great location felt like a local and close to plenty of amenities and the bohemian neighbourhood.

The staff David was really friendly and helpful. He helped with getting the wifi sorted out upon arrival and also offered some advice on places to eat/visit. Clean accommodation. Easy check-in and check-out. We opened the windows for some ventilation. Felt safe in this area.

The flat has everything you need and it’s super clean and very cosy! Moreover the managers were extremely kind, giving us pieces of advice on where to go and what to visit! The location is also perfect, not only is it in the centre but there’s also a supermarket very close! Definitely worth staying here!

Located at the base of St Lucia's Hill, it was an easy walk to the historical part of the city. Grocery store located close. WIFI good.

“Lovely 4 night stay as an intro to Santiago, Chile”

David and Jaime were great hosts. Super helpful in helping us find ATMs, the supermarket and a great spot for lunch. Also took great efforts to get the wifi working as it wasn't when we arrived. It was a great location, right near the hill you can climb for excellent 360° views of the city. Comfortable bed. Good shower, and it was handy having kitchen facilities. Close to some lovely pubs and restaurants, and an easy walk to the lively Lastarria area.

Excellent hosts - rustic accommodation as advertised but all the comforts we needed were available. Edgar even dropped us to the bus station on our way last day and there were free bikes available to use during the stay which was a good way to look around and get down town.

The apartment had everything I could have needed, from a well-equipped kitchen to a whole range of bathroom supplies. The owners brought up some extra heaters in case I needed them (the nights were cold), and they also provided a couple of BIP cards to use on public transport. A really nice touch was that they gave me a giant 6 litre bottle of water in case I didn't want to drink the tap water (the tap water was actually fine, but it's great that they thought of this). There's also a supermarket very close by which is great for getting supplies. Probably the best thing about the apartment was the view - it looks out over Cerro Santa Lucia, and in the evenings you can also see the Andes glowing in the sunset.

Fantastic location. Cozy clean and hosts were super friendly and informative.

Good directions find the place. Let us check in early and looked after our luggage on our last day. Comfortable bed. Nice shower. Had a kettle and tea. Nice view of Santa Lucia.

Everything. The perfect place as a base for us as a couple. Compact, super clean, modern, very well equipped and lots of little extra touches that made it feel so enjoyable. The hosts were so helpful in every way and are clearly serious about making visitors welcome and comfortable, so refreshing. We heartily recommend and will stay again when returning to Santiago.
