“Excellent hotel to plan your trip!”
I stayed at the hotel for 6 days on a friend's recommendation and was pleasantly surprised by the service this hotel provides for relatively little money. The staff is very friendly and always ready to answer additional questions and help with anything you need. The rooms are clean and tidy, as is the rest of the hotel. For a small amount of money, you can enjoy a good meals in the hotel restaurant.

“Nice hotel in Santiago”
The staff were very helpful and nice especially the one serving breakfast. We had also issue regarding the price that was too high as per what I had in the reservation and the reception desk was able to resolve that.

Great Room size . Clean. Packaged extra blankets. Great dinner. Great breakfast Excellent staff who speak both Spanish and English. We stay here often. Only 19 mins drive to the STI airport

“Nice staff but quite noisy”
The staff are really friendly and it's in a good location for getting into the city or from the airport. There's a nice little covered area outside for sitting and having a little smoke while you wait for a taxi. The bell hops are characters.

“Wonderful and we will be back”
The breakfast was great. We had ours delivered to our room. The shower was beautifully hot. The beds were comfortable. Staff and security were kind and pleasant. We love the Casino!!! We also love the fact that check out time is 1.00pm
