Everything was very detailed , we could find everything needed what is not usual when you rent house. This was the best equipped house we have been. The pool (and the toys , and the evening lighning there) was as great we thought. Even our teenagers enjoyed a lot.

We loved everything about this property! The owners provided everything you could possibly need! A lovely welcome message and welcome pack along with toiletries, towels, games, plenty of choice for poolside seats - far too numerous to mention! It was absolutely perfect. The owners also messaged us to check we had arrived safely and had all we needed and also reminded us about the local markets and suggested certain places we may wish to visit! Great communication and nothing was too much trouble for them. It was spotlessly clean and al the linens and towels smelt lovely and fresh.

Very nice and clean house. It had everything you need for a stay. Small extras like tea, coffee, salt etc as well as bottles of water, soda and a small bottle of cava was provided. Nice outdoor area with sun and shelter all day. Very private feeling as there was a wall (just the right height) around the property. As we visited in February we did not use the pool but it looked lovely nevertheless. Close (1 km) to a large shopping centre and approx 2 km to restaurants. The town is lively even i winter which was a bonus. Emilio is a very attentive host and answered the questions we had promptly.

“Perfect Holiday Villa”

The house is exactly as in the photos, with air conditioning in the kitchen & lounge, ceiling fans in all the bedrooms and two televisions one in the lounge & we found it very handy having a 2nd TV in kitchen The hosts have thought of everything one would need to enjoy a holiday from the moment you arrive , the utility room was well stocked with tea towels, laundry detergent, iron, ironing board, clothes airer, bbq tools & charcoal, cleaning cloths & cleaning sprays, etc, the kitchen had a good supply of sugar, tea, coffee, condiments, jams etc, a basket of snacks, cool drinks in the fridge, even a shopping trolley, both bathrooms had an ample supply of shower gel, shampoo, hand soap, bath towels, hand towels and pool towels etc, games & books in the lounge, & fleece throws extra bedding in each of the bedroom wardrobes, a true home from home, I can't think of anything that might be needed that was not in the house. The outdoor area of the house where we spent a lot of the time was lovely nice & private, a wonderful pool, an outdoor shower with hot water , sunbeds, sofas and table, a large sunshade parasol & it all lights up at night .There is also a picnic table, covered by a pergola and a barbecue area with everything you need to cook outside too. It is 5 minutes drive or about a 15 minute walk from Dos Mares shopping center with shops, cinema, restaurants & Carrefours where you can do your shopping. We were always able to park at the front of the house and found it to be a quiet residential area. The house is located about a 5 minute drive or 15/20 minute walk from the seafront of Santiago de La Ribera with lovely views. Would thoroughly recommend this property.
