“Loft Milan Valquirico is a beautiful apartment in a charming resort with very helpful staff.”

The host, Francisco, was AMAZING! First, I reached out to let him know we'd be arriving very late, which was no problem (it's an electronic keypad, no keys). He was very responsive throughout our stay, always checking to see if we needed anything, although we never saw him in person. Beyond that, when my father had trouble checking in to his own room, Francisco went above and beyond to connect us with that property's owner, even though it had nothing to do with him. Really a great host! Loft Milan is a lovely apartment with a bedroom, small kitchen area, and living/dining room with two balconies and a futon that folds out to a comfortable bed for two people. They've made this hacienda very cozy, functional, and immaculately clean! Valquirico as a whole is well staffed with about a million very friendly, helpful employees and the gated perimeter has security guards 24/7 - also wonderfully kind and helpful.
