“Stunning views”

The views from the terrace are amazing; you can even watch the sunrise. The pool is just a few steps away, and you can also jump into the sea from the cliffs (there is a ladder to get back out). We really enjoyed our time on the terrace—you are truly paying for the view, which is the best thing about the apartment. Additionally, there are two beaches nearby and private parking where we found free spaces every time. The apartment was well-stocked with cooking supplies, water, and even beach towels, which was a nice touch. The host was friendly and provided very detailed information about everything

“Apartment with beautiful sea views in a fantastic location.”

The apartment is in a fantastic location on the seafront with beautiful sea views. We loved the outside eating area/terrace at the apartment. It is a short walk to nearby beaches, shops, restaurants and bars. Maria provided us with a lot of useful information and we had good communication before and throughout our stay. The upstairs main bedroom has amazing views of the sea. We liked the modern feel of the downstairs kitchen and living area. Cala Ferrera Beach is a lovely beach which is a short walk from the apartment. We loved that there was direct access to the sea from the rocks. We also used the pool which was very clean.

Maria’s apartment is exactly as in the photos, waterfront and in a great location. We could swim just off the front of the apartments and also easily walk to other coves around us which was beautiful. Communication and check in were easy. There are shops and restaurants at the top of the street and the centre of Cala D’Or was only a 10 minute walk away. Private car parking was handy for our rental car

Amazing water front property with fantastic communication! Maria was very accommodating, easy to communicate with, and very helpful. The property being so close to three beach options was so nice! Also in walking distance (about 5 minutes) of many restaurants, shops, and grocery stores.

“Breathtaking piece of paradise on earth”

The location, view, atmosphere, it was perfect. The house is a walk 5 mins to two different beaches. In the morning open the upstairs window and have that gorgeous view is breathtaking . And of course Maria what a super host always prompt to help support and guide you.

The view was amazing. The kitchen and lounge well equipped and comfortable. The grounds well kept. The pool set right by the sea and easily accessible. 2 beaches and lots of supermarkets within 5 minutes walking. Taxis available just at the end of the road. Communication with owner and check in and out very good.

“Wonderful short break at one of the better places of the Island”

I don't normally give a 10 - but in this case the apartment was simply exactly what I hoped for. Direct access to the clean rocky bay to have morning swims, wonderful view from terrace, pleasant and practical residence compound. We paid 1000 eur for 5 nights (early/mid September) and could have fit 6 people. Price/quality ratio in this part of the year is part of the evaluation.

“Great coworking vacation”

We enjoyed a fantastic coworking experience with friends at Apartment Maria. It is locazed right by the beach, it offers stunning views and is just a few minutes' walk to the beach. The host was incredibly helpful; when we encountered internet issues, she promptly responded and resolved the problems quickly.

Gorgeous view, super location, perfect eqiupment. We were family of 6 people and had everything needed. Absolutelly great time with family. We were there in the end of december - A/C and heaters were enough to make the apt warm.

The best thing is the micro-location of the apartment next to the sea, with an easy access into the water. The apartment is comfortable, big enough and with all facilities you need.

Location is absolutely incredible. The view - jaw dropping. Close to several beaches. Two of them - 5 min away. Upper floor is not bad, and lower - freshly renovated - really beautiful. I love the colours and decorations. Perfect place.
