The house is very worn out, there has been no renovation for years, the furniture and accessories are like a garage sale jumble, the bathrooms are old and generally oppressive.

“Perfect villa for a relaxed vacation.”
Beautiful villa, everything as per the description. Enough parking space for 2 SUVs. The key has a remote to slide open the main iron door for car entry, very helpful when coming back. AC works with coins, three bedrooms and each bedroom has AC as well as the living room. For three rooms and the living rooms ACs, together, around 5-6 euros are sufficient for a night. Two bathrooms with shower and WC, one of the bathrooms is attached to a bedroom. The roof has a good place to sit, as well as a long table next to the hall for an outside evening dinner. This place exceeded my expectations.

“Beautiful house, excellent location - would stay here again!”
Lovely stay in a beautiful villa! Excellent location - only a couple of minutes walk down to the most beautiful beach. Easy to collect keys, secure parking space within property grounds, clean and tidy with great outdoor seating. Inside was lovely too - very spacious, tidy, and perfect for our group of friends. Would advise renting a car to get to and from supermarkets/Palma/other beaches. The house stayed cool even when it was 28-30 degrees celsius outside so didn't need to use the air conditioning.

“Cozy stay in Santanyi”
Very comfortable and stylish little house, fully equipped kitchen, plenty of shampoo and shower gel, rooftop terrace, very quiet neighborhood, walking distance to the beach. Cristina was very quick to response.
