“This was the most beautiful place enjoyed in Italy.”

The host was extremely helpful. We were so lucky to live two nights in this 600 years old house with lovely owners. We experienced the small village life in Lessinia mountains and near by Passo Fittanze. There is a very nice restaurant recommended by the host in the near by little town. I will visit them again.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The host was incredibly warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The food was absolutely delicious, with every meal being a treat. Our room was spotless, and the bed was so comfortable that we slept like babies. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a cozy and pleasant place to stay!

“One of the best places we have ever stayed at!”

Everything was absolutely wonderful. Antonietta and Luca are two awesome people in the right place. They were so friendly, helpful and welcoming throughout the whole duration of our stay. The B&B is surrounded by beautiful nature and it was a treat to be waking up to glorious views of mountains every single day. I don't think we would ever get bored of it. The views were breathtaking. All that made driving to lake Garda for 45 mins every day absolutely worth it. I can't recommend it enough. B&B Contrade Alte is one of the rare few gems that a person comes across just very ocassionally. We would love to go back one day. Everything was extremely clean, the size of the building creates a comforting family atmosphere, it was like visiting a grandma's house in the Alpine nature of Italy. Absolutely wonderful. 100% worth a visit.

“Warm, welcoming, and beautiful!”

The location, the beautifully renovated heritage house, the warm and welcoming host, the delicious breakfast from local sources... this place had it all! Can't say enough how much we loved our stay here. It was so quiet at night you could hear the bells on the cows in the field nearby, the views from the property were beautiful. The host and her husband were so lovely and had excellent recommendations for nearby restaurants and things to see in Verona. Would 10/10 recommend this place to friends, family and anyone travelling in this part of Italy.

“A B&B to look for in the area”

If you are in the area, definitely try if this accommodation has availability, you won't regret it. Beautiful country house in the area with views of both Lago di Garda and Madonna della Corona. Everything was cosy, very tastefully decorated and clean. The house is just beautiful. The breakfasts were amazing, local butter, cheese, yoghurt and fresh milk from a local farm. The hostess doesn't speak English well (and we didn't speak Italian) but we managed and she was very nice and helpful. We would love to return when we can.

The host was lovely, very welcoming and and knowledgable about the area. The breakfast was amazing, a lot of local produce and again very accommodating host. The facilities were good, nice bedroom and bathroom, with everything you could need.

“Slow, peaceful, eco accommodation in unassuming area”

Fantastic stay, only for one night on the way to Bologna but would happily stay for longer or visit again. The hosts are very welcoming, they stayed up longer to greet us despite us being late. The room is well organised, clean and comfortable, perfect for a couple or single person. Quiet space overall, great for resting in the rural setting. Excellent breakfast from mostly local craft products. Beautiful views, mountains, hills and Lake Garda visible in the distance.
