The appartment was really clean and cosy, perfectly enough for four people. Kitchen was well equipped, including basic supplies (oil, salt, some spice....). The communication with host was fluent and friendly. In January, the appartment was little cold however there were two convector heater perfectly enough to heat up the whole place and we greatly appreciated that! The surroundings of the accomodation provided a little limited opprortunities for short walks (only streets, no forest or sea cost nearby), however the neghbourhood had "authentic" vibe (compared to seaside resorts in the south, the town is inhabited mostly by local people ant the place is not that crowded by tourists and pretty calm in the night). There are two supermarkets in close neighbourhood, the accomodation is close to the El Teide, Loro Parque, Anaga and many more great places.

This place is adorable! The moment you walk in it smells great and there is a welcome note and snack. We loved the view and the layout. The shower is awesome with great water pressure. Fully equipped kitchen, everything is clean and comfortable. Delicious local restaurants in easy walking distance, and groceries right downstairs. Host is very helpful and responsive!

Nice little surprise snack (fruit,biscuits ),very comfortable beds,nice smell,equipment in the kitchen.Very big rooms and nice views from terrace.

Really nice view from the balcony, a nice kitchen, a flat with two separate rooms, and a washing machine. The position was for us perfect because it was 10 minutes by car to Puerto de la Cruz. It was really great time here.
