“A unique house for a pleasant stay. Space, comfort, convenience and an amazing sea and Teide view”

A two-story terraced house located in a quiet, residential area of ​​La Quinta, below the old town of Santa Ursula and above the cliff-like coast of the ocean, which can be reached on foot in just a few minutes. A few minutes' drive from Puerto de La Cruz and Orotava. The interior is very cozy, decorated with high-quality materials and furniture. On the ground floor there are 3 bedrooms equipped with comfortable beds and spacious wardrobes, and 2 bathrooms. On the first floor there is a living room with a terrace overlooking the sea and the Teide volcano, a fully equipped kitchen with a pantry, a hallway with wardrobes and an additional toilet. We were welcomed with a bottle of wine, coffee and tea. The house includes a wide, lockable garage space, which also includes a small laundry. The resort has a swimming pool. The center of Santa Ursula has numerous shops and bakeries serving fresh bread. The owner, Liliana, takes great care of her guests. Before our arrival, she sent us detailed instructions about the house and our stay, including what to see and where to eat. She also checked in with us during our stay to see if we needed any advice or support. If we come to Tenerife again, we will definitely choose this place for our stay again.

We are four friends who stayed here one week in the beginning of November 2025. Extremely good communication with the host! She gave us very good information both about the apartment and the surroundings, and suggestions for what to see and do in the area. And names of good restaurants. She even organized a take away meal for us to pick up on our arrival day from a restaurant near by, which was actually beyond closing time! The place itself was very clean, spacious and absolutely a good place to stay! Well equipped kitchen, coffee machine, dishwasher and washing machine. And a private parking space in the basement- which was extremely appreciated! The opening hours for the big pool is good: 9 - 21. The view from the balcony is magnificent! The apartment is located in a quiet and well kept area - and good restaurants, grocery stores and shops are easy to reach by foot. Must also mention that checking in was very smooth. We were met by the gate, shown around and given the keys! Thanks for a great stay!!

“Perfect stay for our family”

The apartment is amaizing. It is actualy your own terraced house, with private garage in the basement, sleeping rooms with two bathrooms on the main floor and living room with the kitchen and another small bathroom on the top floor. There is also large balcony with amaizing views to the see and volcano Teide. Location was perfect for us, in a quiet town with easy access to landmarks. The northern part of the island is also a bit cooler which was great to relax during the heat wave. The pool and whole facility is realy clean and very well mainted.
