We had an amazing say at THEA Resort! The property is beautiful and is a quiet place to relax with a stunning view over the Pacific. It's also just a short drive down the mountain to the beach/restaurants/bars! We would definitely stay here again when in Santa Teresa!

The King Room was absolutely unreal. Huge terrace, jaw-dropping sea view. Cleaning was Olympic-level spotless. We even left the villa after 15:00 and the staff still cleaned the room like time itself was just a suggestion. Legendary. Concierge service? Superb. Now, about the infamous access road. I read reviews beforehand and honestly expected a scene from a disaster movie. Reality check: it’s a fun little 4x4 ride that we did basically with our eyes closed. If you’re scared of a slightly adventurous driveway, maybe swap the rental car… or the boyfriend… :D In short: stunning villa, flawless service, zero complaints. Some people fear curves. We enjoyed the ride. Would 100% come back. Would also read the dramatic reviews again for entertainment

Beautiful and incredibly spacious rooms, with lovely outside seating area. Lovely pool with epic sunset views. Fantastic concierge service, host was very responsive and helpful. Peaceful and secluded location!

The location is a bit outside of the center of Santa Teresa which allows a quiet and calm stay, with a short drive to the center (8min). The staff is very professional and kind.

“Apart from the people, a very disappointing stay”
It is a good looking accommodation , new facilities. Gabriel, the concierge, is a very nice guy, always ready to help and gave us plenty of good recommendations. We had an issue with hot water and it was promptly resolved by the owner, David!

Such a remote quiet place. It’s the perfect romantic get away for a couple. The pool is salted instead of chlorine.
