Overview
Mint Santa Teresa is a boutique hotel in the center of Santa Teresa, walking distance from restaurants, bars and the beautiful beach of Playa Carmen. The hotel has 4 rooms, all with ocean view, king size bed, and private roof top terrace, and a communal area with an infinity pool overlooking the Pacific Ocean. Every morning there is a breakfast buffet (included in the room price) served in the common area and around sunset everyone gathers in the bar, sharing stories over drinks.

“Amazing views, room and staff”
Most amazing view! The person working there was so lovely and helpful. They also went out of their way to make my partner’s birthday special with some balloons and a small cake in the room as a surprise. Private pool and rooftop, beautiful big room, lovely shower and so much nature. The breakfast is amazing too!

“A true piece of Heaven in Santa Teresa”
Everything about this place is a dream. The view is just out of this world and the hotel is like a piece of heaven. Jonas and Johanna are such great hosts, every detail is thought to the perfection from the breakfast to the cocktails: the Hibiscus Gin Sour is a true hit! Thank you for everything.

“A small paradise”
Everything. The decoration, the attention to detail, the friendliness. One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. It was well located, beautifully decorated, the views are stunning, it’s not loud. The hosts are so helpful and warm. The whole place has a lot of soul. This place enhanced our whole trip experience. I’m still dreaming about the amazing homemade breakfast by the pool.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful and the attention to detail is truly amazing. Our room was gorgeous and everything was so well thought. I couldn’t ask for more. The breakfast was delicious. I’ll miss the zucchini bread for sure 😉 The owners are extremely nice and helpful.

The room was very aesthetically pleasing and the property was beautiful—beautiful views, common spaces with comfortable and sleek looking furniture. The hosts were incredibly nice and accommodating, and they provided an delicious breakfast in the morning.

We loved the aesthetic of this property, it is something we look for when travelling. The room and hotel are minimal bohemian vibes surrounding in beautiful views. My partner proposed to me on the balcony and made the stay unforgettable. the breakfast was also incredible.
