“A brilliant week long stay to remember with standout staff and beautiful grounds”

The property is beautiful. It’s quite secluded on a long road out of Santa Ponca. Its gardens are stunning and the hotel itself js extremely well designed and stunning to look at. It’s a very modern building but the rooms are a mix of modern and cosy. The most incredible thing about this hotel is the staff - they were exceptional. From the day we arrived and found we hadn’t been allocated adjoining rooms, they did everything they could to change, which they did. Special mention to Laura and Adrian who both went above and beyond for our family over the weeks stay. Martina from the kids club was also excellent. The bedrooms are very comfy, aside from the pillows which are a little flatter than we like! We had three children in one room and each had their own proper bed, and we were adjoining - perfect family set up. The indoor pool and spa are gorgeous, and the outdoor pools are great too. There is some damage on the floor but otherwise very very clean and well maintained.

The style of the rooms and the beds very excellent. The Asian version of the evening restaurant was very good (we did not try the Mediterranean version). The pool restaurant has a lot of style. Indoor spa met expectations fully. Reception staff was immensely helpful and pro-active.

The reception team welcomed us beautifully, made the check-in process smooth and comfortable, and created a wonderful first impression of the hotel. A special thank you to the Client Experience team. Every day they helped us with restaurant reservations, wellness procedures, taxis, recommendations and organization of our stay. Everything was handled professionally, quickly and with sincere care. The hotel itself is stunning — very green, peaceful and beautifully designed. The atmosphere feels luxurious yet relaxing at the same time. Every detail is thoughtfully created for comfort and wellbeing. The breakfasts were excellent with a very high-quality selection and beautiful presentation. We also really enjoyed the trainings, wellness facilities and massage treatments. We would also like to mention the restaurant team and waiters, who were always extremely friendly, attentive and welcoming. Their attitude made every breakfast and dinner even more enjoyable. Most importantly, during our entire stay we had absolutely no complaints. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we truly enjoyed every moment here. Thank you to the whole team for such a memorable experience. We would be very happy to return again.

The Hotel facility is very modern and nice. Especially the gardens are amazing and you can enjoy yourself there in a quiet corner or at one of the pools. The indoor pool is also very nice as well as the gym, which provides full equipment and machines as well as courses. Via the hotel, you can book tennis and golf classes in the nearby clubs which I did. It was amazing and the whole area there is very beautiful. The hotel also offers bike for free rent. This is super convenient if you plan to visit the close by town Santa Ponça. You can also opt for the shuttle service which is also free of charge. The room felt very mallorcian and was super comfy and clean. I had a really nice view to the mountains and the tennis club. The à la carte restaurants (lunch and dinner) are very good, the food is really delicious, good quality and there is a gold variety of options. The breakfast is also very decent and offers a good choice for every taste and is made super fresh. The staff is also very friendly and service oriented which adds to the experience quiet well.

The facilities, the spa, the proximity to the tennis courts, but above all the friendly and always helpful staff! They really were always open and did everything for me to feel welcome and very well taken care of.

“All in all a lovely hotel, but not quite ready for action and therefore a bit disappointing for us”

Had a mixed experience in this fabulous hotel which didn’t seem ready for guests. In particular the restaurant staff seemed untrained and unfamiliar with the menu. On the first night we were served completely different meals to to what we had actually ordered. This was kindly rectified. On another occasion, wine was served from a bottle which had been opened several days earlier and had gone off. This was also rectified eventually but the staff weren’t sure if there was any Chardonnay in the hotel. A bit chaotic . Breakfast was all together different. There was a fabulous selection and everything ran smoothly. Our initial room was changed as we requested twin beds and this had not been taken note of . When we did get a room with twin beds the room itself was good but the air-conditioning did not work. This is not a problem for us as we did not need it travelling in April. !

Beautiful hotel, very comfortable and luxurious rooms and grounds. Food was of excellent quality. Staff were extremely helpful and lovely.
