A bit disappointing. Air cond. + adeq. heating would signif. increase the apartment’s potential.

The location is very nice and quiet. We know the surrounding area well, which is why we chose accommodation at this location. If we had any questions, the owner was always very helpful and responded to messages promptly. There are two elevators in the building, both fully functional. Upon entering, the apartment has a connecting hallway that links a separate room with the shared space consisting of a kitchenette, dining table, and living area. There is also a separate bedroom and a WC with a shower. The view of the sea from the glass corner of the living area is truly beautiful. The view is said to be even better from the building’s terrace on the fifth floor; however, due to the unusually cold and rainy weather at the end of December 2025, we did not use the terrace. For most of our stay, the building was quiet and peaceful. There are designated parking spaces around the building, and it is also possible to park on the street below the building along the sidewalk. During the summer season, when swimming in the sea, the outdoor showers located at the lower part of the building’s parking area are a great advantage—either for rinsing off saltwater or simply for refreshing. There are restaurants on the access street, all within easy walking distance. For shopping at supermarkets such as ALDI or LIDL, I recommend going by car. The beach can be reached in about 5 minutes. From there, you can either go left, where there are beautiful seaside spots below the Santa Pola viewpoint on the cliff and further towards Los Arenales with its natural dunes. Or you can go right along the coast towards Santa Pola harbor and further into the town center. If you enjoy longer walks, you can continue past Playa Lisa to Tamarit Beach or even to the natural park of the salt flats. The apartment owner also provides two bicycles for guests to use, which are locked outside in front of the building entrance.
