The apartment was lovely and very well equipped. It had everything you would need for your stay. The location is excellent, near to the marina. Lots of good restaurants on your doorstep. Air conditioning worked so well as it was March, so cooler in the evenings Sylvia was very kind and helpful. Great balcony.

“Lovely short break in a beautiful apartment”

The property was spotlessly clean new and updated look. Everything you could wish for in regard to cutlery pots pans microwave kettle washing machine everything is catered for. And the apartment location could not of been better looking directly across to the marina while sitting on the balcony was beautiful, plenty of restaurant and bars all around as-well as supermarkets. The hosts were great, very prompt in replying to any questions asked and letting us stay that extra couple hours in the apartment on check out day as we had a late flight. Would not hesitate to book again we had a great time, thanks.

Silvia is very welcoming and friendly. The apartment is exceptionally clean and well presented. It is comfortable and the large balcony is a real bonus. There is free street parking on every side street. It is a very easy walk into town. Highly recommend.

The attention to detail was exceptional and shows hosts who really care about their guests. Wonderfully equipped kitchen, modern-furnished living room, clean, modern bathroom, balcony with sea views and such a comfy bed. To top it all, it was located next to the seafront cafes and bars and and an excellent Chinese restaurant around the corner. Also a short walk from Santa Pola's main beaches.

Wonderful stay! A lovely girl welcomed our family even though we arrived quite late. Cozy apartment with everything we needed, a nice balcony, and a beautiful view from it. Very close to the sea, shops, cafés, and the town center — yet the nights were peaceful and quiet.

We arrived early, telephoned host, who met us at accommodation within 10 mins. Great location for restaurants, marina and beach. Beautiful apartment, bigger than we expected, clean modern bathroom and all equipment you could possibly imagine. Nice balcony looking down towards marina and open sea beyond. We will use again and stay longer.

The location was great, close to the bars and restaurants at the port, but not noisy. The beach was very close. no difficulty with street parking near the property. The apartment was well equipped, clean and comfortable. Sylvia met us at the property and was very helpful.

Excellent communication with Silvia prior to our stay, she was extremely helpful. Location of the apartment was excellent, right next to the beach, restaurants and bars. Nice 1 bedroom apartment, modern, clean and comfortable, air conditioning was a godsend as it was extremely warm. Lift was available if you struggled with the stairs. Cute outside balcony. Use of lounger, chair and parasol for the beach was brilliant. Everything you need if you wanted to cook. Lovely modern bathroom and shower. Bed was comfortable

Very nice apartment. Everything you could need is in the apartment. Parking outside. 1 minute to marina, 2 minutes to beach. 2 minutes to supermarket. Bars and restaurants 1 minute. Marina view. Lift in the building.

Silvia was easy to communicate with and allowed an earlier check in! The place is clean, well equipped and is a prime location! Both beds very comfortable!
