“Very convenient place as a gateaway to the TNP, very pleasant staff”

Very close to the main entrance of the TNP, very friendly staff (Julia was of great help and very friendly…-:) Refreshing welcome drinks and opportunity to store the luggages during the time in the park.

The back drop from my room into the jungle was amazing. It was great to watch and listen to all the wildlife and the river running right by the hotel. Also right next to the entrance to the national park (which unfortunately I wasn’t an able to do) but it’s a perfect location. Staff here were super good. I was extremely ill and they were very accommodating. Helping anyway they could.

Arca Tayrona was the best place during our journey in Colombia. Great location, very clean rooms, beautiful views on the river and great attention of the owner and staff. They made our stay very special! Thank you! We were very satisfied.

“Perfect stop before or after Tayrona NP”

Location just a couple of minutes walk to main Tayrona NP entrance so very convenient. Room was comfortable and clean with balcony overlooking a river running just behind. Lots of wildlife close by with aracaris and parrots seen when by the pool. Restaurant served decent food.

Great location, very clean and comfortable room with nice river view & bird watching, good food option, right at the main entrance and bus stop both directions. We got a welcome drink and were able to check in as early as 9am to start our day hike in Tayrona.

Highly recommend staying at Arca, specifically if you intend to visit Tayrona Park. The hotel is located 2 min walking from the main entrance to the park. The staff is very very friendly, and helped us organize transportation from the airport. Food is also really good, we loved the cazuela we had for dinner:) The room was spacious, nice and clean - just note that this is located next to a National park, therefore, there’s lots of nature sounds the entire night.

Great hotel opposite the El Zaino entrance to Tayrona National Park. The room was comfy and clean. The hotel is in a beautiful location and you can hear and see so much wild life from the hotel. The pool is a great place to cool off after a hot hike. The breakfast included in the room rate was good. We also ate dinner in the restaurant and were pleased to find four vegan options on the menu. The food was very tasty too.

The hotel is 3 min walk from El Zaino Tayrona Park Entrance. The restaurant has amazing and good quality food (nomatter what you order). The room was spaceious, clean and comfortable. Tell you a secret: there is a river streaming down at the back of the hotel. Walk towards out the left to the sign till "24", then head inwards the jungle, just 5 min of a small hike and you have found a streaming river just for yourself for sunbathing, fresh cold water to splash around and nobody around you(!). The massage is also recommend. Mine was done by Sandra. Amazing experience!!

“A real gem right on the doorstep of Tayrona Park”

- Comfortable, spacious, air-conditioned rooms located right at the El Zaino entrance to Tayrona Park. - The staff were really accommodating; we could leave our bags overnight while we camped in the park, and they even let us shower at the hotel when we returned! - The kitchen staff prepared us a packed lunch to bring into the park (paid separately). - During our stay, it was one of the staff’s birthdays and they even offered us a slice of cake! :) - Swimming pool facilities were also really nice!

Really loved this place. The room was spacious and clean and also came with a terrace. The team was super friendly and their onsite restaurant rustled up delicious food fast. Most importantly for me, it’s located almost opposite one of the entrances to parque tayrona so no need to stay in areas such as Santa Marta and risk traffic.
