The room was clean and comfortable. Everyone at the reception was really nice. Good location, the hotel is next to a mall (the only thing to keep in mind is that the bus stop to go to the center is 15 minutes away from the hotel).

The room was spacious, the bed was very comfortable, the late check-in went very well. There were plenty of pillows, clean cotton sheets and quality towels. The pink marble bathroom was roomy and clean.

All good. The location was good, near a place with very good food (less than 5 minutes) and a shopping center where you can go if looking for more food variety. The bedroom was clean, bed comfortable and good insulation.

“Convenient, welcoming and comfortable!”
A lovely welcome. We don’t speak Spanish and the receptionist kindly spoke English, even though she was still learning. Nice room. The air conditioning DOES work, despite previous reviews, but you need to switch it on at the side of the bed, not on the wall control. Signage could make this clearer! Outdoor parking a bonus as we have a large car which struggles to fit in Spanish indoor car parks.
