“Lovely apartment in quiet neighborhood”
Place is great! Train station is only 5 minutes walk, so you can reach Rome fast. There were everything I've needed in the apartment. Neighborhood is quiet and nice. And host is friendly, helpful and answering fast.

We had a wonderful stay in Santa Marinella with a very responsive and welcoming host Valerio. Communication was seamless, making check-in and check-out arrangements quick and easy. A special highlight was the charming bistro on the ground floor with lovely Antonella :)

“We had a lovely stay there the host family were exceptionally nice to us.”
There was plentiful yoghurt and juice in the fridge and a coffee machine.

“Tidy room with great hosts and close to Rome.”
Tidy room with a small balcony and a nice bathroom. Common area (kitchen) with three other rooms - coffee machine, fridge, and snacks for breakfast. Close to the train station that you can take to get to Rome. They always have a restaurant (bistro) on a ground floor which serves amazing food. Extremely friendly stuff, they were very flexible with our late check in.

“Clean, comfortable bed, nice bathroom. Noise disturbances ruined rest.”
The room was exceptionally clean, larger than I expected and with balcony. Comfortable bed. Nice bathroom. Host was very reactive and kind. The restaurant downstairs is exceptional!

Great Breakfast and good location. The restaurant below which is part of the accommodation offers a very nice menu, friendly staff. The room was modern, clean and had all we needed for our stay.

“It was a pleasure to arrive there, and we felt that we got everything that we wanted/needed.”
Neat, clean and tastefully decorated. Very close to to the beach and train station, but still a more peaceful part of town.
